2. Player Control Tools

Pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. No logins during cool-off.
π Self-Exclusion
Permanently or semi-permanently close your account (6 months, 1 year, or indefinite).
π Activity Statement
Download your full deposit, withdrawal, and play history at any time.
How to set a limit: in the App, go to Profile β Settings β Responsible Gaming β Limits. Limits take effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cool-down before the new limit applies; decreasing a limit is instant.
3. Recognising the Warning Signs
Play stops being healthy when it begins to interfere with money, work, family, or sleep. Be honest with yourself if you notice any of the following:

- You are playing with money meant for rent, bills, food, or family expenses.
- You borrow money β from friends, apps, or credit cards β to keep playing.
- You lie to family or friends about how much time or money you spend.
- You "chase losses" by raising stakes after losing.
- You feel anxious, irritable, or restless when you cannot play.
- You skip work, sleep, or social commitments to play.
- You have tried to cut back but cannot.

5. Underage Play β Strictly Prohibited
INDRUMMY VIP is for adults aged 18 and above only. If you share a device with someone under 18, please use parental-control software (Google Family Link, Apple Screen Time, Norton Family) to block the App. If we detect underage registration, the account is closed immediately and any deposits are refunded to the original payment source.
6. Safer-Play Tips
- Set a budget before you play β and never exceed it.
- Treat losses as the cost of entertainment, like a cinema ticket. Do not try to win them back.
- Take regular breaks β at least 5 minutes every hour.
- Do not play when emotional β angry, sad, drunk, or stressed.
- Do not borrow to play. Ever.
- Balance your time β keep work, family, exercise, and sleep ahead of gaming.
- If you cannot stop thinking about play, that is a sign to step back.
7. Tax & Legal Reminder
All net winnings on real-money skill gaming in India are subject to 30% TDS under Section 194BA of the Income-tax Act, 1961. Keep your TDS certificates safe β you may need them when filing your annual return.
