Terms of Service

The legal agreement between you and INDRUMMY VIP. Please read carefully before playing.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and the operator of INDRUMMY VIP ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By creating an account, downloading the App, or using any service offered on indrummyvip.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your state, whichever is higher).
• You must be a resident of India and physically located in a state where real-money skill gaming is permitted under state law.
• You must not be an employee, director, or close relative of the Platform operator or its affiliated entities.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

2. Nature of the Service

INDRUMMY VIP offers games of skill including (but not limited to) Rummy, Teen Patti, Slot games, Crash games, Card games, Fishing games, and Wheel games. The Platform's offerings rely on the player's mental skill, strategy, and experience and are protected as games of skill under the Supreme Court of India ruling in State of Andhra Pradesh v. K. Satyanarayana (1968) and subsequent jurisprudence.

The Platform is operated by a third-party gaming licensee. Prizes consist of a combination of cash and bonus credits as displayed within the App.

3. Account Registration

• You must register with accurate, current, and complete information.
• You may hold only one (1) active account. Multiple accounts will result in suspension and forfeiture of balance.
• You must complete KYC verification (PAN + bank details) before making your first withdrawal.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and TDS

4.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds via UPI, net banking, or other payment methods displayed in the App. Minimum and maximum limits apply and may change without notice.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the bank account verified during KYC. Processing time is typically 5 minutes to 24 hours but may be longer for first-time withdrawals or in case of additional verification.

5. Bonus and Promotional Credits

• Bonus credits have a defined wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Bonuses may expire after a stated period.
• Abusing bonus offers (multiple accounts, collusion, exploiting bugs) results in forfeiture and may lead to permanent ban.

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use any bot, script, automation, or AI assistance during gameplay.
• Engage in collusion, chip-dumping, or any form of cheating with other players.
• Use VPN, proxy, or location-spoofing tools to bypass state restrictions.
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Platform's security.
• Use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other players or staff in chat or any communication channel.
• Create accounts using false identity, stolen documents, or another person's payment instrument.

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or that suspicious activity has occurred. Funds in a suspended account may be held pending investigation. Confirmed violations may result in forfeiture of balance and bonus.

8. Fair Play and RNG

All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are not predetermined and cannot be manipulated by the Platform or players. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published per game where applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including logos, artwork, game designs, software, and text — is owned by us or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Unauthorised copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount in your account at the time the claim arose. We are not responsible for losses caused by your own negligence, internet outages, device failures, or unauthorised access resulting from your sharing of credentials.

11. Responsible Gaming

Gaming should be entertainment, not a source of income. If you feel your play is becoming a problem, set deposit limits, take a break, or self-exclude through the in-app tools. See our Responsible Gaming page for resources and helplines.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Mumbai, conducted in English. Subject to the arbitration clause, courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
